At GATE Enterprise, we are committed to your peak performance; if your sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports equipment in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
